Marla Price, D.O., is a comprehensive ophthalmologist at Byrd & Wyandotte Eye Clinc, serving patients in southeast Michigan. She also specializes in diabetic eye care.
Dr. Price is a native of Benton Harbor and earned her undergraduate degree from Western Michigan University and graduated from the Michigan State University College of Osteopathic Medicine. After completing a rotating internship along with an extra year of general neurology, she eventually decided to specialize in comprehensive ophthalmology.
Dr. Price completed her ophthalmic residency at Detroit Osteopathic Hospital Consortium and moved Downriver that same year to establish a family eye care practice in Trenton. After nearly 20 years there, she moved her practice to Wyandotte where she now practices at Byrd & Wyandotte Eye Clinic.
Dr. Price is active in teaching and mentoring ophthalmology students. She is program director for Beaumont Hospital, Taylor and an associate clinical professor at Michigan State University.
